We could additionally get the list for users who are allowed to send a toot from a mastodon list.

Advantage: Easier to maintain because it could be dynamic without reconfiguring/restarting the code.
Disadvantage: You can only add persons to a list that you follow. With a shared community account that deliberately follows nobody, that's not an option.
